The menu at Pezzella’s is simple. Less is more is our approach. If the ingredients are good quality they will provide a world of flavour without over complicating a dish. And here in the Great Lakes we are lucky to have a plethora of sustainable and organic growers, many of which you will find on our menu.
'Fatto a Mano’ or ‘Handmade’ is a core concept to us at Pezzella’s. Every dish on our menu is made in-house, by hand and with love. Our menu changes seasonally to align with what is growing naturally in our region. A blend of old Italian traditions and flavours, fused with the tastes of the Great Lakes.
